Angela is a Partner at Align Family Law and Mediation and a leader in Collaborative Family Law. With degrees from UC Berkeley, Bank Street College of Education, and UC Law San Francisco, Angie blends legal expertise with a deep understanding of family dynamics. A former DA and public school teacher, she brings compassion and strength to complex cases. She teaches Family Mediation at Lewis & Clark and has co-founded Clackamas Collaborative Divorce. Angie is a past president of several legal associations and loves hiking, skiing, and quiet mornings with coffee. She’s passionate about helping families resolve conflict with dignity.

Carrie is the Chief Brand Officer at Ponzi Vineyards, where she’s leading the evolution of the brand following its acquisition by Groupe Bollinger. She began her wine journey in Kansas City’s restaurant scene and boldly moved to Oregon in 2010 to work in the Willamette Valley, spending 13 years with Rex Hill and A to Z Wineworks. Carrie holds certifications including Certified Wine Educator and Sommelier, and she serves on several wine industry boards. With deep roots in Oregon wine, she brings passion, expertise, and vision to Ponzi’s next chapter.

Inspired by a deep desire to ease the stress of moving for older adults, she brings years of experience in event planning and relocation logistics to each client. Outside of work, Kimberly finds joy in planning special events, cooking for loved ones, and adventuring with her family throughout Oregon. Her expertise spans strength training, indoor cycling, and creating dynamic, results-driven programs that integrate fitness and nutrition for lasting transformation.

Layla is an attorney and shareholder at Buckley Law, P.C. in the Estate Planning Group. Her practice focuses on estate planning and administration for taxable and non-taxable estates.
